This movement series is one of the best I have to help you move correctly. These are so important for you to be able to push from one leg to the other and shifting your weight.

This exercise shows you how to lengthen your psoas correctly without putting excessive pressure on your back or ligaments at the front of your hip. This is how the psoas lengthens are you run just before the knee swings through.
